After travelling globally for a number of commercial brands and colour houses as well as being a successful commercial creative salon owner and Educator, Rae saw the need to partner exclusively with brands who meet her ethos of vegan, designer and professional haircare.

As the Founder and MD of WELOVE, Rae believes in leading our industry with professional, sustainable, holistic and designer hair. With this in mind, WELOVE has been created by UK hair pros for hair pros around the world.
